About the role
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining web applications while collaborating with development teams, UX/UI designers, and graphic designers. You'll work closely with back-end and full-stack developers to deliver consistent, reliable web experiences. Your focus will include optimizing web design for mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality graphic standards, and improving usability for customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and graphic designers on user-facing features
- Partner with back-end and full-stack developers to integrate APIs and services
- Optimize web design for mobile and other platforms
- Maintain high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
- Drive improvements in usability, performance, and accessibility
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Oversee and drive frontend projects from conception to delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency with React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks
- Experience implementing responsive and accessible web interfaces
- Knowledge of the complete web development process (design, development, deployment)
- Experience with testing and debugging (unit, integration, e2e)
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience coaching and mentoring other developers
Nice to have
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Knowledge of server-side rendering and static site generation
- Contributions to open-source projects
