About the role

As a Brand Manager, you'll define and protect our brand identity across all channels and touchpoints. You'll develop brand strategy, manage brand guidelines, and ensure every interaction with our company reflects our values and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity
  • Oversee brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Lead brand campaigns and awareness initiatives
  • Conduct brand perception research and competitive benchmarking
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams on brand expression
  • Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and PR opportunities
  • Track brand health metrics and sentiment over time

Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand management or marketing experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative vision
  • Experience developing and managing brand guidelines
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Experience with brand research and consumer insights
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Track record of building or evolving a brand in a competitive market

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech or SaaS brand management
  • Agency background in brand strategy or creative direction
  • Experience with employer branding
  • Knowledge of PR and media relations
