About the role
As an SEO Specialist, you'll drive organic growth by optimizing our website, content, and technical infrastructure for search engines. You'll develop and execute SEO strategies that increase visibility, traffic, and conversions across our web properties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for organic growth
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, and internal linking
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements
- Monitor search rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven content plans
- Build and manage link-building campaigns
- Report on SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO (site speed, structured data, crawlability)
- Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics
- Excellent written communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with programmatic SEO at scale
- Knowledge of JavaScript SEO and single-page application optimization
- Experience with international SEO and hreflang
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Contentful)
