About the role
As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable specifications that drive product improvements and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Map current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and strategy
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams on solutions
- Monitor and report on key business metrics and KPIs
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or Looker)
- Experience with requirements documentation (user stories, process flows, wireframes)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
Nice to have
- CBAP or similar business analysis certification
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies
- Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools
