About the role

Requirements
- 5+ years of operations or business management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process optimization and project management
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Budget management experience
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
Nice to have
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience in tech or SaaS companies
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Experience with ERP systems
