About the role
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll develop and deploy ML models that drive intelligent features across the platform, from candidate matching and resume parsing to predictive hiring analytics. You'll bridge the gap between research and production-ready systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models at scale
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for model training and inference
- Collaborate with product teams to identify high-impact ML opportunities
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for model evaluation
- Monitor model drift and maintain production model health
- Research and prototype new ML approaches and architectures
- Document model decisions, experiments, and results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience deploying models to production environments
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
- Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or ranking models
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Nice to have
- Experience with large language models and transformer architectures
- Knowledge of HR tech or recruitment domain
- Experience with feature stores and model registries
- Publications in ML conferences or journals
