About the role
As an Android Developer, you'll build and maintain our native Android application, ensuring a seamless experience across the diverse Android ecosystem. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that help recruiters work effectively from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Android application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Implement clean architecture patterns for scalable code
- Integrate REST APIs and handle offline-first data synchronization
- Write unit, integration, and instrumented tests
- Optimize app performance across diverse Android devices
- Manage Google Play Store submissions and release management
- Collaborate with iOS and backend teams on feature parity
Requirements
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and Android Jetpack libraries
- Understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Experience with Retrofit, Coroutines, and Flow
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, and profiling tools
- Knowledge of Google Play Store policies and release process
- Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
- Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile (GitHub Actions, Bitrise)
- Knowledge of Material Design 3 guidelines
- Experience with Firebase services
