About the role
As an iOS Developer, you'll build and maintain our native iOS application, delivering a polished mobile experience for recruiters and hiring managers on the go. You'll work closely with design and backend teams to ship features that delight users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect mobile interfaces
- Integrate REST APIs and real-time data synchronization
- Write unit and UI tests to ensure code reliability
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency
- Manage App Store submissions and release cycles
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to mobile architecture decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of iOS development experience with Swift
- Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit
- Understanding of iOS design patterns (MVVM, Coordinator)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and networking libraries
- Familiarity with Xcode, Instruments, and debugging tools
- Knowledge of App Store guidelines and submission process
- Strong attention to detail and user experience
Nice to have
- Experience with push notifications and background processing
- Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise)
- Knowledge of accessibility features on iOS
- Experience with Core Data or Realm
