About the role
As a QA Engineer, you'll ensure our platform meets the highest quality standards by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies. You'll work closely with developers and product managers to catch issues before they reach users and build automated testing frameworks that scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, e2e)
- Perform manual exploratory testing for new features
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
- Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning and feature reviews
- Maintain and improve CI/CD test pipelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA or software testing experience
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Client)
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira, Linear)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- ISTQB or similar testing certification
- Experience with performance and load testing
- Knowledge of accessibility testing (WCAG)
- Experience with mobile app testing
