About the role
As a Social Media Manager, you'll own our social media presence across all platforms, building community and driving brand awareness. You'll create engaging content, manage campaigns, and turn our social channels into a key driver of leads and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create and publish engaging content including posts, stories, and videos
- Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor and engage with community comments, mentions, and messages
- Run paid social media campaigns and manage advertising budgets
- Track social media metrics and report on performance and ROI
- Stay current with social media trends and platform algorithm changes
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement
- Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for visual content
- Experience with paid social advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Analytical skills with experience interpreting social metrics
- Creative mindset with a pulse on internet culture and trends
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B social media marketing
- Video editing and graphic design skills
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies
- Experience building employee advocacy programs
