About the role
As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and logistics. You'll optimize costs, manage vendor relationships, and build resilient supply chain processes that support company growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to delivery
- Develop and optimize inventory management strategies
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement cost reduction initiatives
- Forecast demand and plan capacity to meet business needs
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions
- Implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Lead and develop the supply chain team
Requirements
- 5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency with supply chain management software and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of logistics, procurement, and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Nice to have
- CSCP, CPIM, or similar supply chain certification
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Knowledge of international supply chain and customs regulations
- Experience with supply chain analytics and data tools
