About the role
As an Account Manager, you'll manage and grow relationships with our key clients. You'll be responsible for client satisfaction, contract renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
- Monitor account health metrics and address concerns proactively
- Prepare and deliver business reviews and reports
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and translate to solutions
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or HR tech industry
- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies
- Multilingual abilities
