About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be all about supporting our customers. You'll build strong relationships by proactively managing their accounts, handling onboarding, ensuring renewals, and advocating for their needs internally.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and product adoption
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor customer health scores and reduce churn
- Ensure contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead and coach the customer success team
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization
- Create and deliver training materials and documentation
- Gather customer feedback and communicate to product teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Strong customer service expertise and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis
- Strategic thinking on retention and growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team coaching and motivation capabilities
- Organizational abilities with attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Knowledge of customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)
- Experience with product-led onboarding
- Background in HR tech or recruitment
