About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You'll generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, setting the stage for our sales team to close deals and grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision makers
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach activities
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience and comfort with high-volume outreach and rejection
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Knowledge of sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
  • Understanding of the HR tech or recruitment market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
