About the role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You'll generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, setting the stage for our sales team to close deals and grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team
- Research target accounts and identify key decision makers
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach activities
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience and comfort with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Knowledge of sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
- Understanding of the HR tech or recruitment market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
