About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for our largest and most strategic accounts. You'll navigate complex buying processes, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, and close high-value deals that drive significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for target companies
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to enterprise needs
- Navigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder deals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for large-scale agreements
- Collaborate with solutions engineering and customer success on deal execution
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals
- Experience selling to C-suite and senior leadership
- Proficiency with Salesforce, sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles (3-9 months)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Nice to have
- Experience selling HR tech, ATS, or recruitment solutions
- Existing network of HR and talent acquisition leaders
- Experience with channel partnerships and alliances
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
