About the role

As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you'll design, analyze, and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. You'll ensure our total rewards strategy is competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company values.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis using salary surveys
  • Administer and improve compensation structures, pay bands, and equity programs
  • Manage benefits enrollment, administration, and vendor relationships
  • Analyze compensation data for pay equity and make recommendations
  • Support annual compensation review cycles and merit increase processes
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines documentation
  • Respond to employee inquiries about compensation and benefits programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer, Pave, Carta)
  • Knowledge of benefits administration (health, retirement, equity)
  • Understanding of pay equity regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
  • Strong communication skills for presenting data to stakeholders

Nice to have

  • CCP or CBP certification
  • Experience with equity compensation (stock options, RSUs)
  • Knowledge of international compensation practices
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management platforms
