About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives. You'll provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations to help teams perform at their best.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programs and action plans
- Support talent review and succession planning processes
- Manage complex employee relations cases with fairness and compliance
- Analyze people data to identify trends and inform HR strategy
- Coach managers on leadership development and team effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience with performance management and talent development programs
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
- Experience managing sensitive and confidential situations
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
- Experience in tech or high-growth companies
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, Rippling)
