About the role
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll find and attract top engineering and product talent. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, partnering with hiring managers to build world-class teams.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates for technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
- Track and report on recruitment metrics
- Represent the company at recruiting events and meetups
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Understanding of software engineering roles and technologies
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for startups or scale-ups
- Technical background or education
- Experience with employer branding initiatives
- Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies
