About the role

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll find and attract top engineering and product talent. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, partnering with hiring managers to build world-class teams.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates for technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and meetups

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Understanding of software engineering roles and technologies
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for startups or scale-ups
  • Technical background or education
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives
  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies
