About the role
As Head of Product, you'll lead the product organization and set the strategic direction for our entire platform. You'll build and manage a team of product managers, define the product vision, and ensure we're building the right things to win in the HR tech market.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers
- Prioritize product investments across multiple product areas and teams
- Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market leadership on execution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Establish product processes, frameworks, and decision-making principles
- Represent the product to customers, investors, and the broader market
- Define and track product OKRs and success metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years leading product teams
- Proven track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS products
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into execution
- Experience building and scaling product teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of software development processes and constraints
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, recruitment, or talent management space
- Technical background or engineering experience
- Experience with product-led growth strategies
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
