About the role
As a Product Manager, you'll own the product roadmap for a key area of our platform. You'll work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering to define what we build and why, ensuring every feature delivers real value to our users.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
- Gather and prioritize requirements from users, stakeholders, and data
- Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams through the development lifecycle
- Conduct user research and analyze product usage data to inform decisions
- Manage the product backlog and sprint planning process
- Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch
- Communicate product updates and rationale to stakeholders across the company
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile development and working closely with engineering teams
- Ability to translate business objectives into product requirements
- User-centric mindset with experience in user research and testing
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or HR tech products
- Technical background or computer science education
- Experience with data-driven experimentation (A/B testing)
- Knowledge of AI/ML product features
