About the role
As a Product Analyst, you'll be the data backbone of our product team. You'll analyze user behavior, measure feature impact, and uncover insights that shape product strategy. Your analysis will directly influence what we build next and how we improve the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage data to uncover user behavior patterns and insights
- Design and analyze A/B tests and feature experiments
- Build dashboards and reports to track product metrics and KPIs
- Define and instrument product analytics events and tracking
- Collaborate with product managers to set success metrics for new features
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and retention studies
- Present data-driven recommendations to product and leadership teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of product analytics or data analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Metabase)
- Understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to tell stories with data
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning basics
- Experience in B2B SaaS product analytics
- Familiarity with event tracking implementation (Segment, Rudderstack)
