About the role
As a Product Designer, you'll be the driver behind the creation of easy-to-use products that are visually appealing to our customers. You'll manage the complete product development cycle from research through engineering handover, ensuring every interaction delights users.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product design cycle from research to handover
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Define product specifications and design requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams
- Identify how products align with market needs and user preferences
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Ability to think critically about user value and product-market fit
- Skill in distilling simplicity from complex requirements
- Data-driven decision making based on research and testing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or HR tech products
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend constraints
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Motion design skills
