About the role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll lead the design vision for our product, shaping how recruiters and hiring managers interact with our platform daily. You'll own the end-to-end design process and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX design for key product areas
- Conduct and synthesize user research into actionable insights
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Define and maintain design system components and guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on feature delivery
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Run design sprints and workshops
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in digital products
- Expert-level Figma skills including component libraries and variants
- Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Track record of shipping complex, data-rich interfaces
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience designing B2B SaaS dashboards
- Knowledge of front-end development (React, CSS)
- Experience with Framer or motion design tools
- Background in design systems at scale
