About the role
As a UX Researcher, you'll uncover deep insights about our users through qualitative and quantitative research methods. Your findings will directly shape product decisions and ensure we build features that solve real problems for recruiters and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies
- Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations
- Create personas, journey maps, and research reports
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define research questions
- Maintain a research repository and knowledge base
- Advocate for user needs in product planning and prioritization
- Design and analyze A/B tests and quantitative experiments
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX research experience
- Proficiency in qualitative methods (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing)
- Experience with quantitative methods (surveys, analytics, A/B testing)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with research tools (UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail)
- Ability to translate research into design and product decisions
Nice to have
- Background in psychology, HCI, or related field
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise products
- Familiarity with accessibility research methods
- Experience with remote and international research
