About the role

As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical expert in our sales process, partnering with Account Executives to demonstrate the full power of our platform. You'll translate complex technical capabilities into business value for prospects and ensure successful technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to prospects
  • Lead technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and pilot programs
  • Understand prospect technical requirements and map to product capabilities
  • Build custom demo environments and proof-of-concept integrations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and technical win plans
  • Create technical documentation, RFP responses, and architecture diagrams
  • Provide feedback to product teams on market needs and feature requests
  • Stay current with product developments and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar role
  • Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex technical evaluations
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to think on your feet during demos
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools

Nice to have

  • Background in HR tech or recruitment platforms
  • Experience with data integrations and API design
  • Knowledge of security and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR)
  • Previous software development experience
